PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor console capable of attaching/detaching a console lid and turning it in both directions, and enhancing the take-in/take-out property of an article to/from an article storage part and the safety. SOLUTION: A first operation mechanism 50 having a first locking hook 58 to be attached/detached to/from a first locking pin 24 provided on one side edge of an article storage part 12 is arranged on one side edge inside a console lid 30, and a second operation mechanism 60 having a second locking hook 68 to be attached/detached to/from a second locking pin 26 provided on the other side edge of the article storage part 12 is arranged on the other side edge inside the console lid. Attachment/detachment of the console lid 30 to/from a console body 10 is permitted by simultaneously operating the first operation mechanism 50 and the second operation mechanism 60, the turn around the other side edge is permitted by operating only the first operation mechanism 50, and the turn around one side edge is permitted by operating only the second operation mechanism 60.
