PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease trap facility, without being restricted on arrangement, without particularly requiring the wide floor area, when arranging a plurality of grease separating tanks. SOLUTION: This grease trap facility is formed by arranging a grease separating tank 5 capable of separating the grease content in waste water 4, and a trap tank 7 having a drain trap 6 capable of draining the waste water of separating the grease content, on a floor slab 3 placed with a concrete layer 2 for forming a floor surface. The plurality of grease separating tanks are connected to common one trap tank in a state capable of making the grease content-separated waste water respectively and separately flow in.
