<p>A cyclic tertiary amine compound which is capable of inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokine. It is either a compound having a structure represented by the following general formula (I): (I) (wherein A represents an optionally substituted trivalent group derived from pyrimidine, pyrrole, or the like; R1 represents optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl; R2 represents optionally substituted heteroaryl; and R3 represents cyclic tertiary amino) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the compound.</p> |
