<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly announce voluntary recall of a commodity to a customer who purchased the commodity which is the object of voluntary recall. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes a customer information file storing customer information containing contact address information and commodity purchase result information of each customer in conformation to customer identification information for identifying each customer. This system further includes an input means for information for a commodity designated as a voluntary recall commodity. The commodity purchase result information stored by customers in the customer information file is retrieved based on the information input through the input means, and customer identification information of customers who have the purchase result of the voluntary recall commodity.
