PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device improved with maintainability while preventing a water drip. SOLUTION: This ventilation device 1a has a heat exchange unit 14 having a heat exchange element 14 inside a case body 2. The case body 2 has a drain pan 36 below the heat exchange unit 14. The drain pan 36 has a slope inclined toward a drain port 39a, and has an openable and closable inspection lid 38. The inspection lid 38 is disposed below filter replacement ports 34a, 34b, and allows installation/uninstallation of a filter when opening the inspection lid 38. The inspection lid 38 has a water drip prevention mechanism, and also functions as a drain pan.
