PHOTOSENSITIVE LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate having high sensitivity to various laser exposures and such good solubility of a non-image portion as not to cause surface stain, particularly good solubility of the non-image portion even upon processing with a developer of ≤pH 12, and to provide a development processing method for the same.

SOLUTION: The photosensitive lithographic printing plate has on a support a photosensitive layer containing: a monofunctional polymerizable monomer in which a polymerizable double bond bonds to a heterocycle through a linking group; a polyfunctional polymerizable monomer or oligomer having two or more polymerizable double bonds per molecule; a binder polymer; and a photopolymerization initiator.
