<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate two sheetlike materials (a) and (b) so as to obtain a uniform thickness dimension in a laminator constituted so as to press two sheetlike materials (a) and (b) to laminate them by an adhesive (c), to suppress the occurrence of stress caused by bending at the time of pressurization in the sheetlike materials (a) and (b) and the adhesive (c) and to facilitate thickness control. <P>SOLUTION: The laminator is equipped with two stages 10 and 20 having smooth pressing surfaces 11 and 21 and a plurality of the jet orifices 11a and 21a provided to the pressing surfaces 11 and 21 and arranged so that the pressing surfaces 11 and 21 are possitively opposed to each other, holding means 11a, 21a and 70 for holding the sheetlike materials (a) and (b) at a predetermined position with respect to the pressing surfaces 11 and 21 of the respective stages 10 and 20, a pressurization means 30 for pressurizing two sheetlike materials (a) and (b) arranged between the stages 10 and 20 in a lamination direction, a jet means 50 for respectively jetting air from a plurality of the jet orifices 11a and 21a and a curing means 80 for curing the adhesive (c) interposed between two sheetlike materials (a) and (b) when two sheetlike materials (a) and (b) are pressurized by the pressurization means 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
