The invention relates to a driving rod gear (1) for a driving rod mounting that is disposed in a mounting groove (20) of a grooved edge (18) of a window or door. Said driving rod gear (1) comprises a driving rod (3) and a toothed wheel (110) that is connected in a torsion-proof manner to an operating lever via a shaft, e.g. a polygonal pin (6), and meshes with recesses (113) of the driving rod (3). In order to ensure that the inventive driving rod gear (1) can be mounted on the wing by having to do no or only minimal additional work while being easy to produce, the shaft (6) which connects the operating lever to the toothed wheel (110) is located in front of the grooved surface (18) and above the driving rod (3), above being in relation to the bottom (112) of the mounting groove (20). |
