PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board with a decorative sheet having excellent recess resistance and flaw resistance regardless of the state of a base material. SOLUTION: The surface of a sheet body 1 with the patterned surface is provided with a transparent hard protective layer 2 with a thickness of 300μm or more formed of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin, to form a decorative body 3.
