<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the physical and mental strain of a user regardless of the position of the user's body where a device is worn. <P>SOLUTION: The strain relaxing device 1 determines the cycle of controlling a vibrating motor 50 stored inside a vibrator 40 and starts the control process of the vibrating motor 50 with the determined cycle. The strain relaxing device 1 controls the vibrating motor 50 to rotate normally in a prescribed period of time, and brakes the rotation of the vibrating motor 50 after the prescribed period of time elapses.
