<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine pressure injector capable of improving the accuracy of the flow rate of a liquid medicine by accurately transmitting a pressure force to a liquid medicine container. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid medicine pressure injector is provided with a retaining part 3 detachably retaining the liquid medicine container 2 while surrounding the barrel of the liquid medicine container 2 with flexibility and a pressure bag 9 inflatable inward the retaining part 3, and pressurizes the liquid medicine container 2 by the inflation of the pressure bag 9 to deliver the liquid medicine.
