PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact plastic forming method which gives an excellent fatigue strength to a member. SOLUTION: In the impact plastic forming method to give excellent fatigue strength, when the impact plastic forming is performed by applying impact on a welded portion of an attached member welded on the outer surface of a metallic member with a hollow cross section, tension stress is applied on the welded portion in a state that the opposite position to the welded portion on the back side of the member is supported or restrained.
