PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a inductance element formed in a multilayer substrate and functioning as a small transformer having good characteristics in which the number of turns can be altered freely in the same process, the forming direction of a coil can be altered, and the coil exhibits high efficiency as the transformer. SOLUTION: The inductance element has a plurality of coils formed integrally with a multilayer substrate wherein the plurality of coils are supported in the multilayer substrate. Center lines of magnetic fields generated from the plurality of coils are substantially aligned, and the plurality of coils are arranged such that at least parts thereof overlap with each other three-dimensionally.
