PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure both of aminomethyl phosphate and glyphosate with high sensitivity in measurement using a post-column method including oxidative decomposition reaction. SOLUTION: This liquid chromatograph comprises a first liquid feed pump for feeding a mobile phase; an injector for introducing a sample into the mobile phase; a separation column for separating the sample; a second liquid feed pump for feeding a first reaction reagent; a third liquid feed pump for feeding a second reaction reagent; a first mixing part for mixing the second reaction reagent with the sample eluted from the separation column; a second mixing part for mixing the second reaction reagent with the solution from the first mixing part; and a detector for detecting the solution from the second mixing part.
