Urea derivatives having excellent DGAT inhibiting activity or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, namely, urea derivatives represented by the general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof: (I) wherein R<SUP>1</SUP> is C<SUB>6-10</SUB> aryl which may be substituted with one member selected from group (a) of substituents and/or one to four members independently selected from group (b) of substituents, or the like; R<SUP>2</SUP> is C<SUB>6-10</SUB> aryl which may be substituted with one member selected from group (a) of substituents and/or one to four members independently selected from group (b) of substituents, or the like; R<SUP>3</SUP> and R<SUP>4</SUP> are each independently hydrogen or the like; A is C<SUB>2-4</SUB> alkylene wherein one of the methylene groups constituting the main chain may be replaced by vinylene, oxygen, sulfur, sulfinyl, or sulfonyl, or the like; Q is -N(Me)- or sulfur; T is =CH- or nitrogen; and U and V are each independently =CH- or the like.
