PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid gasket maintaining satisfactory sealing performance even with retightening scarcely performed and improved in its assembly workability. SOLUTION: The fluid gasket G forms seal portions S1, S2 between fluid supply and discharge openings 1B, 2B of first and second fluid devices 1, 2 between which the fluid gasket is intervened by fitting of an annular groove 6 and a fitting projection 8 which can be fitted through relative movement of tubular fluid passages 4 in an axial direction, and an expansion regulating structure of peripheral wall ends C1, C2 through fitting of the annular groove 6 and the fitting projection 8 by contact of tapered outer peripheral surfaces 7a of annular stopper projections 01, 02 formed on its inner diameter side and tapered inner peripheral surfaces 5a of the peripheral wall ends C1, C2.
