FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has spreadsheets of optical types with pitch of 0,05, different contrast and color of background. Spreadsheets are placed in wooden box which is open at its front side. Walls of box are covered with mirror. Device also has test illumination detector, environmental filed illumination detector, environmental field illumination controller, test illumination controller, illumination indicator which estimates illumination and presents it in digital form, and light source which has to halogen lamp.
