PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building for putting in and out an article to a storage space with ease-to-use. SOLUTION: A staircase 7 is arranged between a specific floor 2 and a just above floor 22 for constituting a just above story 21 existing just above a specific story 1, and is adjacently arranged in the storage space 5. Since the storage space 5 communicates with an under-stair storage space 7a of the staircase 7, a resident can go in and out to the storage space 5 even from the under-stair storage space 7a, and easiness-to-use of the storage space 5 is improved thereby.
