PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a main device to surely perform version upgrade of software in all the radio AP managed by the main device. SOLUTION: Version upgrading is carried out sequentially from a radio AP at the lower level in the view from the main device side. Therefore, the main device transmits a packet registering IP addresses of the radio AP managed by the main device in a relay method to grasp a connection sequence of the radio AP.
