STEEL BRIDGE, METHOD OF REINFORCING STEEL BRIDGE, AND METHOD OF REPAIRING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel bridge which suppresses occurrence and spread of cracks in a beam board with high reliability. SOLUTION: The steel bridge is formed of a steel floor slab 1, steel girder boards 2 orthogonal to a lower surface of the floor slab 1, the beam boards 3 allowing the girder boards 2 to penetrate therein, and having formed therein notches 5 each with a circular scallop 5a at the tip, and a box girder 4 bearing the floor slab 1 and the beam boards 3. The lower surface of the floor slab 1 and an upper bed of each girder board 2 are welded to each other, then one side surface of the girder board 2 and one side edge of the notch 5 formed in the beam board 3 are welded to each other, and the lower surface of the floor slab 1 and an upper bed of the beam board 3 are welded to each other. Further an L-shaped cross-sectional splice plate 10 covering a welding portion W between the girder board 2 and the beam board 3 and having a height larger than the length of the notch 5 inclusive of the scallop 5a is bolted to the girder board 2 and the beam board 3.
