PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effective utilization of water resource by enabling the recycle of water using a membrane filtration technology or the like in facilities for school lunch. SOLUTION: While storing water, which is discharged after being used for cooking for the school lunch in a cooking area in the morning, in a waste water tank, water prepared by removing a polluted part from the water in the waste water tank is regenerated in a regeneration device by at least the amount required for starting of washing during a period from collecting of dishes/containers used for the above school lunch in the afternoon of the same day to preparing for their washing. Reclaimed water obtained by the regeneration is applied for washing of the dishes/containers used for the above school lunch, in a washing area after the school lunch. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
