PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization of a pipe connection structure for entering/exiting of a heat source fluid such as warm water while ensuring rotation function of a heat exchanger in a rotary heat exchanger for air-conditioning. SOLUTION: A heat source fluid entrance pipe of a heat exchanger body part 150 is constituted by a rotation side entrance pipe 27 integrated with the heat exchanger body part 150 and a fixing side entrance pipe 23 and a heat source fluid exit pipe is constituted by a rotation side exit pipe 26 integrated with the heat exchanger body part 150 and the fixing side exit pipe 22. These pipes 22, 23, 26, 27 are constituted as a coaxial double pipe structure 16 and the heat exchanger body part 150 is constituted to rotatable form making a central axis A of the coaxial double pipe structure 16 as a center.
