<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a sheet with a non-contact IC tag, with which the sheet with the non-contact IC tag can be efficiently and smoothly produced, since interposers can be conveyed successively and the sheet with the IC tag can be surly produced by restricting the positions of the interposers mounted on a body to be mounted. <P>SOLUTION: An IC-chip mounted sheet 15 while being conveyed at a 1st speed is blanked or cut by an IC chip 20 to produce and convey the interposers 20a. The conveyed interposers 20a are accelerated from the 1st speed to a 2nd speed faster than the 1st speed. During this period, the mounted body 25 is conveyed at the 2nd speed.
