<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor to acquire commodity data. <P>SOLUTION: On a check-out counter 201, a commodity sales data processor 401 is arranged adjacently to an occupied space 203 for a commodity basket 301 and when a commodity sales data processing is performed, wireless communication with an RFID tag 303 attached to a commodity 302 put in the commodity basket 301 is carried out through an RFID antenna 409 to acquire commodity data stored in the RFID tag 303.
