PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer material installed with a transferring layer consisting of a layer formed on a surface having generally a low wetting property such as a releasing base film and a different layer formed thereon, and realizing a good interlayer close adhesion so as not to produce "cissing" or "pin hole" on the different layer. SOLUTION: This transfer material having the releasing base film and the transfer layer installed thereon is provided with that the transfer layer is constituted by containing at least one layer of a cured resin layer consisting of a photo-curable resin composition. There, the curable resin composition contains a component (A), a solid state photo-polymerizable metal salt consisting of a divalent or trivalent metal with an organic carboxylic acid having an unsaturated bond, a component (B), a photo-polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated compound and a component (C), a photo-polymerization initiator, in a specific ratio.
