A system (14,16,18,20) and method of enhancing growth and biological functions of living systems through application of pulsed electromagnetic energy. An Electromagnetic generator (14) connected to electrical wiring (16) wich is placed below the surface of a selected area such as, a garden, stock pen or athletic playing field (24) for emission of electromagnetic energy to plants and animals, including humans.
