摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce motor rotation caused by an detection error in a rotor angle sensor when a motor in stop state, such as during discharge control, is energized. <P>SOLUTION: Rotor angle sensors 91 and 92 detect the rotor angles of motors MG1 and MG2 whose torque is transmitted to each other. Inverters 81 and 82 supply the motors MG1 and MG2 with current. In energization control, current is passed through the motors MG1 and MG2 so that the motor MG1 or MG2 will not be rotated. During periods for which this energization control is carried out, a motor ECU 10 supplies the inverter 81 with a motor driving signal for zeroing the generated torque of the motor MG1 based on the rotor angle at start of control, detected by the rotor angle sensor 91. At the same time, the motor ECU supplies the inverter 82 with a motor driving signal for zeroing the generated torque of the motor MG2 based on the rotor angle at start of control, detected by the rotor angle sensor 92. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
