PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive array-antenna receiving device which is possible to reduce the errors of weight factor due to the existence of an attenuation point, even in a case that there is the attenuation point by multi-path interference in an occupied frequency band of a received OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) modulated signal. SOLUTION: A pilot signal is extracted from an OFDM modulated signal outputted from a composer 56 by a pilot signal extractor 20, and a pilot signal vector is output. Components of the pilot signal vector are added and summed by an adding and summing unit 40, and an adding and summing pilot signal is generated. Moreover, from an indirect system pilot signal which is separately extracted from the output of the receiving unit 52, an added sum indirect system pilot signal is generated as an added and composed sum of the signal components. A weight factor calculator 10 calculates and outputs the weight factor, based on the added sum pilot signal, the added sum indirect system pilot signal, and an added sum reference pilot signal generated by own calculator.
