The invention concerns welding engineering. A machine for contact flash welding ôChaikaö contains a fixed clamp for welding component and a mobile clamp connected with the drive of melting and upsetting containing a hydraulic cylinder. The mobile clamp is installed on the base fixed on the flat springs installed on machine frame, the drive of melting and precipitation additionally contains a rocker installed with possibility of turning around the axle fixed on the main lever connected with hydraulic cylinder, one end of the rocker through a rope and bypass roller is connected with the base of mobile clamp, and its second end is equipped with a cam installed with possibility of contact with the tooth and spring-loaded stock fixed on the housing. The drive of melting and upsetting also includes a cocking lever equipped with a support and a protrusion; in this case the cocking lever is installed on rotational axle with possibility of contact with the rocker through support and contact with the main lever through the protrusion. Because of the use of possibility of deflection of flat springs along horizontal the probability of the movement of mobile clamp in vertical direction is excluded, the precise centering of the welding surfaces of components is provide for, the energy of flat springs ensures a high speed of upsetting.
