PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the range of gaming properties by shifting a game in one winning zone to a game in another winning zone. SOLUTION: When a game ball enters a start winning hole 2 and the entrance is detected by a specific winning ball detecting sensor, patterns are variably displayed by a variable display device 34 and a lottery for a hit or failure is executed. If the result of the lottery is a hit, either a center generator 60 or a special winning hole 3 is opened, and a game state advantageous to a player is provided. If the game state is a first profit giving state advantageous to the player in which the center generator 60 is opened, the game state is shifted to a second profit giving state in which the special winning hole 3 is opened for the player to easily acquire more winning balls than in the first profit giving state in which the center generator 60 is opened on condition that more game balls than prescribed in a condition for the shift are detected by a continuous winning ball detecting sensor and that the opening/closing of an opening/closing member 71 is not executed more than a maximum number of times for continuance.
