PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a predetermined electromagnetic wave shielding effect just by dispersing a relatively small amount of a resin fiber covered with a metal, and to make a reliable connection electrically and structurally by connecting an electrically and structurally disconnected gap, a joint, etc. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave shielding material of the invention obtained by dispersing 3-10 wt.% of the resin fiber covered with the metal, relative to 100 wt.% of a modified silicone sealant.
