PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical heat-exchange bag improved for preventing the rupture in a bending part of a liquid channel at the time of sterilization with high-pressure steam and at the time of liquid flow in supplying a liquid or heating, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: Front and rear sheets 1 and 1' made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin are fused while constant pressure is applied to the fused part of the front and rear sheets, and a bending channel 2B of the liquid channel 2 is formed in a prescribed shape. The distance in the center of the bending channel 2B is shorter than the distance from an external wall face 2Aa of a straight channel to an internal wall face 2Ab of the straight channel at a prescribed rate, and a minute curved face is formed between an inclined wall face on the downstream side of the bending channel 2B and the internal wall face 2Ab of the straight channel on the downstream side.
