<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a non-contact IC mounter on a fiber product to be attached tightly without being detached by heat, solvent and mechanical power at the time of cleaning or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A joint section 2 is provided with at least a T-shaped section 2T1 formed at one end of a filament section 2F and a T-shaped section 2T2 formed at another end.
