PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an antenna simple in structure, high in resonance, thin in thickness and smaller in size than heretofore. SOLUTION: The antenna 1 includes: a plate-like substrate 3 comprised of a dielectric; a first conductor 5 provided in the substrate 3; and a second conductor 7 which is provided in the substrate 3 away from the first conductor 5 so as to surround the first conductor, and in which one terminal 7A is away from another terminal 7B.
