PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a foundation parting which prevents rain water from leaking the inside of a substrate material from a lower end surface of the substrate material by a sealing material for the substrate material and prevents the sealing material for the substrate material from being exposed to the outside and deteriorated and easily replaces foundation partings when the foundation parting is deformed or broken. SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel 3 is erected on a foundation 1 through a groundsel 2. The sealing material 21 for the substrate material is filled into a recess part 20 for filling the sealing material comprising a lower end part of an exterior finishing material 19 protruding downwardly below a lower end of the substrate material 15, a lower end surface part of the substrate material 15, and a lower end part of a panel frame body 12. A fixing vertical piece 24 of a foundation parting receiver 23 is fixed to a surface on the outdoor side of the lower end part of the panel frame body 12. The foundation parting 29 is placed on the foundation 1 through an elastic sealing material 31. A locking piece 30 protruding from the foundation parting 29 is locked in a piece 25 to be locked protruding from the fixing vertical piece 24. A pressing member 40 is inserted between an upper surface of the locking piece 30 of the foundation parting 29 and a lower end surface of the exterior finishing material 19.
