<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp features of a building to estimated by displaying the cost and structural features of the building in a visually clear manner. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device stores a building-based database in which data about the basic specifications, external fittings, interior, facilities, rough construction costs and the like of buildings are collected and stored for each of the buildings. When one of the buildings is selected as a building for analysis by means of an input device and arbitrary one of a plurality of analysis items are selected as to the selected building for analysis, a computer extracts data about the items for each building from the data for all the buildings stored in the building-based database, and plots the extracted data for each buildings on a graph, thus displaying the data on the screen of a display device in such a manner that the data about the building for analysis are displayed differently from the data about the other buildings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
