FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to grinding separator intended for separation of fruit or vegetable juice from fruit or vegetable pulp. Grinding separator action includes housing (21), inner wall (43) in the housing (21), screw (22, 71) installed in the housing (21) with possibility of rotation, recess (46) formed between outer surface (39, 86) of the screw (22, 71) and inner wall (43) for placement of the pulp and juice, and channel (44) for juice separated from the cavity (46). In the inner wall (43) extending between recess (46) and channel for juice (44), a long slot (52). Therefore, during rotation of the screw (22, 71) around its longitudinal axis to push the pulp and juice along recesses (46), juice, located in recess (46), is pushed for outflow through the slot (52) in the channel (44) for juice.EFFECT: proposed is a grinding separator.15 cl, 4 dwg |
