PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a portable communication terminal capable of transmitting the information of a caller himself/herself and the present location positively and easily to an emergency contact destination. SOLUTION: This terminal comprises a self information storage unit for storing self information; a position information acquiring unit for acquiring position information; a position information storage unit for storing the position information acquired by this position information acquiring unit; an emergency contact destination storage unit for storing emergency call information; and a transmitting unit for using the emergency call information stored in the emergency contact destination storage unit to transmit an opposite party communication terminal, and transmitting the self information stored in the self information storage unit and the position information stored in the position information storage unit to the opposite party communication terminal.
