摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement the transmission of trigger signals with extremely low delay to, for example, perform highly accurately synchronized instantaneous voltage drop examination. SOLUTION: This apparatus is constituted by providing mounting both a light emitting apparatus 16 for emitting flashes on the basis of trigger signals and a light receiving apparatus 17 for receiving the flashes and photoelectrically converting them into trigger signals to each of instantaneous voltage drop examining apparatuses 10 provided with a memory recorder function 11 for monitoring and recording analog signals and logic signals and installed at a plurality of locations of production lines. When the memory recorder function 11 of an instantaneous voltage drop examining apparatus 10 detects the occurrence of an instantaneous voltage drop, a trigger signal is generated, monitoring information is recorded and stored, and the light emitting apparatus 16 is simultaneously made to emit a flash. The instantaneous voltage drop examining apparatus 10 also generates the trigger signal when the light receiving apparatus 17 receives a flash from another apparatus and similarly processes it.
