<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module wherein the faultiness of its external appearance is eliminated, and its characteristics are not degraded in its long-term reliability test. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar battery module, there are performed continuously a processing for forming a resin film 2 made of fluororesin on the surface of the side of the light-receiving surface of a solar battery element and a processing for so further temporarily laminating a sheet-form EVA thereon as to form an adhesive layer 3. Then, by the resin film 2, a water, etc. permeated its upper-layer portion can be prevented from reaching the solar battery element. As a result, peeling of its laminated portion, etc. can be so prevented as not to generate the faultiness of its external appearance too. Also, since the rigidity of the solar battery element is improved by the adhesive layer so formed as to laminate temporarily the sheet-form adhesive on it, its deformation such as curling can be prevented from occurring, when the solar battery element is cut. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
