PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic having excellent moisture retaining effect and wrinkle-masking effect. SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition comprises a combination of (A) a ceramide and (B) a palmitoyl oligopeptide. The cosmetic composition in which (A) the ceramide is composed of ceramide 2 is obtained.
