摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus which can extract white light at a desired color temperature or various kinds of intermediate color light with high efficiency and accuracy by enhancing the light emission efficiency of a phosphor by UV rays. <P>SOLUTION: The display apparatus has a resin layer as a light emitting unit, the layer containing a blue light emitting phosphor, a green light emitting phosphor and a red light emitting phosphor. The red light emitting phosphor essentially comprises lanthanum oxide sulfide as a matrix phosphor. The blue light emitting phosphor is at least one kind selected from bivalent europium-activated halo-phosphate phosphors substantially expressed by (M1, Eu)<SB>10</SB>(PO<SB>4</SB>)<SB>6</SB>-Cl<SB>2</SB>, wherein M1 represents at least one kind of element selected from Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba, and bivalent europium-activated aluminate phosphors substantially expressed by a(M2, Eu)O-bAl<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, wherein M2 represents at least one kind of element selected from Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, Li, Rb and Cs and a and b satisfy a>0, b>0 and 0.2&le;a/b&le;1.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
