PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device capable of freely setting and fixing the installing direction of an instrument body and a panel by one kind of bracket when the panel is installed in front of the instrument body. SOLUTION: A bracket 20 having an installation part 25 which is formed in a curved shape and provided with a plurality of mounting holes 25a, 25b, 25c is installed on a body side face 4 of an instrument body 2. Any one of the plurality of mounting holes 25a, 25b, 25c is selected with respect to a panel boss 11 integrated with a panel 10A side, and fixed by a bracket screw 22.
