<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed-circuit board connector which can prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI). <P>SOLUTION: By installing a metal housing which can shield an electromagnetic wave, and by installing functions which resist outer noises and electromagnetic wave interferences and remove these, loss, deformation, and distortion of transmission signals can be prevented, and stability of system operation can be improved when the metal housing is used. Furthermore, as another kind, in addition to installation of the metal housing which can shield the electromagnetic wave, a ground metal shield plate is furthermore installed on a guide plate of a movable cover of the flexible printed circuit board connector, and because electrical connection is constituted by this ground metal shield plate and the metal housing of the flexible printed circuit board connector when using, noises and electromagnetic waves generated from the flexible printed circuit board are made to flow to the ground through the metal housing of the flexible printed circuit board connector so that the flexible printed circuit board connector which can prevent this kind of the electromagnetic interference (EMI) is made to be completely adaptable to the electromagnetic interference regulation standard of electronic products, and electromagnetic environment adaptability among the electronic products is made to be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
