PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition excellent in dimensional stability and impact resistance properties. SOLUTION: The polyacetal resin composition is produced by blending 100 pts.wt. polyacetal resin (a) with 0.5-100 pts.wt. polyester resin (b) having an ethylene succinate unit or a butylene succinate unit which makes up 70-100 mol% of the main chain.
