PURPOSE:To secure safety and to reduce electric power consumption by outputting a pulse signal multiplying a reference signal at the time of impressing an intermittent signal and bringing out the output signal only for a period corresponding to the frequency corresponding to the gravity and counting it as a gravity signal. CONSTITUTION:The frequency (fg) corresponding to the gravity is outputted from a chord oscillating circuit 5, divided with a frequency dividing circuit 6, inputted to a gate circuit 7, and a reference signal from an oscillation circuit 11 is inputted to a PLL circuit 12 and the frequency is multiplied and the output of the circuit 12 is inputted to the gate circuit 7 only while a signal of an intermittent signal generating circuit 13 is High.
