NAA ZEOLITE MEMBRANE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A sodium A(NaA) zeolite separating membrane and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress the generation of defects by improving the uniformity of the NaA zeolite separating membrane. CONSTITUTION: An alumina-based raw material, a silica-based raw material, sodium hydroxide are dissolved in water to obtain an aqueous solution. The aqueous solution is mixed to obtain a hydrothermal solution(S100). NaA zeolite powder is vibrated and pulverized under a wet condition to implement a centrifugal process. Seed crystal slurry is prepared. The seed crystal passes through a support to be attached on the surface of the support(S120). The hydrothermal solution is introduced into a hydrothermal reactor, and the support with the seed crystal is immersed in the hydrothermal solution in order to grow a NaA zeolite layer on the surface of the support(S150).
