PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sebum removing sheet for the skin which has clear confirmation property of the sebum by varying of a hue due to absorption of the sebum, and which does not make a user feel sticky by speedy absorption of the sebum. SOLUTION: In the sebum removing sheet for the skin mainly consisting of fiber, the hue observed from at least one surface varies due to the sebum, and it is characterized by having a hue difference of≥12 and≤50 in 100-divided Munsell hue circle between the hue before the absorption of sebum the the hue after the absorption of sebum.
