PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of mis-reportings of abnormality occurrence, and to speedily report the abnormality occurrence. SOLUTION: The abnormality determining periods A and B in S200 and S300 are set to have different time lengths. The abnormality determining period A when it firstly (first time) communicates with sensors 11-16 is set shorter (A < B) than the abnormality determining period B when a communication is performed after the first communication is performed normally.
