摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently performing sound-absorption of a truck part under a floor of a vehicle body in a railway vehicle having the truck part made into a non-body mount structure. SOLUTION: A sound field of the truck part 30 is experimentally or analytically grasped under the floor of the vehicle body of the railway vehicle and a frequency response is determined regarding an amplitude of sound pressure fluctuation obtained by such a method. Further, when distribution in every band area is drawn regarding the frequency response of the sound pressure amplitude, a sound-absorption material 1 (porous single material 1A, punching metal 1B with porous material, a resonator 1C, etc.) having a large sound-absorption ratio at the band area is arranged and attached to a position where the sound pressure amplitude is the largest in any band area. According to the present invention, in the railway vehicle having the truck part made into the non-body mount structure, the sound-absorption of the truck part under the floor of the vehicle body is efficiently performed while effectively utilizing a limited space and the indoor noise and the outdoor noise can be reduced without outstandingly increasing weight and cost.
